I now consider everything I do eat, after discovering a short list of foods I cannot eat. I love to eat. Period. Removing gluten, dairy and soy left me with the impression that I couldn’t eat anything. Wrong. I can eat so much, beginning with fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. Removing processed food from my diet may be one of the best things I could have done, kicking and screaming aside.

So many food considerations, so much time. Recipes, cooking the old fashioned way, substituting ingredients, eating great food at home and in restaurants. Here is my journey. May it make your journey a little easier.
